All About Me – Therapeutic Storytelling

All About Me is a structured, five-hour therapeutic storytelling intervention designed to help children develop a stronger sense of identity, belonging, and understanding of their life experiences. Grounded in the Berry Street approach, this intervention provides a safe, supportive space for children to explore who they are, where they come from, and the important relationships and events that have shaped their journey.

Through guided conversations and creative storytelling, children are supported to make sense of their personal history, including complex or challenging experiences. The process focuses on building coherence in their story, strengthening self-understanding, and creating meaning around key moments in their lives.

All About Me is particularly valuable for children who have experienced disruption, trauma, or changes in care, helping them to integrate their past with their present and move forward with greater confidence and emotional security.
